- Red Velvet – It’s a classic! Moist, with a light cocoa flavor and of course RED!
- Citrus Chiffon– Soft and sweet with the fresh taste of summer
- The Earl – Earl Grey tea steeped right into the batter with hints of lavender and vanilla
- Almond or Lemon Poppy seed – This scrumptious classic is an oldie but a goodie, paired well with coffee and tea
- Dark Chocolate – Dark chocolate sponge cake with subtle notes of espresso
- La Bete Noir – Our decedent flourless chocolate cake, gluten free
- Almond Orange Torte – Refreshing and gluten free with orange and hits of thyme

Each tasting includes six curated flavor pairings crafted from my most popular cakes, fillings, and buttercreams. This is the perfect way to explore the flavor profile of your future wedding cake.

How to Pre-Order:
- Order Deadline: Monday before tasting day
- Pickup: Saturday (1-2 hour window)
