- Berry Chantilly – A combination of our chiffon cake with orange zest Chantilly cream a and fresh berry compote filling
- The Earl – Earl Grey tea steeped right into the batter with hints of lavender and vanilla
- Almond Poppy seed – This scrumptious classic is an oldie but a goodie, paired well with coffee and tea
- Dark Chocolate – Dark chocolate sponge cake with subtle notes of espresso
- Egyptian Chocolate – Light pillow soft cake with warm spices like cinnamon and clove
- La Bete Noir – Our decedent flourless chocolate cake, gluten free
- Almond Orange Torte – Refreshing and gluten free with orange and hits of thyme

Step Four: Size Matters!
Round cakes can be mixed and matched in tiers or ordered individually, all cakes are priced beginning at $4.25 per serving
- 6 inch – serves between 6-12
- 8 inch – serves up to 24
- 9 inch – serves up to 32
- 10 inch – serves up to 38
- 12 inch – serves up to 56
Rectangle and Sheet Cakes
- 7″x11″ – serves 32
- 9″x13″ – serves 50
- 11″x15″ – serves 74
